Basic Hummus
added more garlic (we like garlic) and a about a tablespoon of lemon juice for kick! other than that its a great recipe!

Baked Onion Rings
i found that the breading didnt really stick to the rings... i used gluten free breading.... but they were still yummy... going to try again and see how it goes... maybe use different breading (gluten free)... over all yummy
