Easiest Focaccia Recipe

Reviewed: Sep. 7, 2009
The recipe states "stir in additional water." There was only the warm water, 1/3 cup, listed in the ingredients. I didn't notice this until I was half way through preparing it. So I added a cup of water for my additional water and then the flour and salt. I added a LOT more salt, 2 tsp. I added lemon rind and rosemary to the top after brushing it with olive oil. My kids LOVE taking this bread as a sandwich to school! Thanks for the recipe!

Warm Flourless Chocolate Cake with Caramel Sauce

Reviewed: Jun. 19, 2009
This was rich and fantastic! My mother in law loved it as she was on a gluten free diet for a while. She enjoyed this so much! I made a chocolate ganache to pour over the top! It was heaven!

Cream Cheese Pound Cake III

Reviewed: Jun. 19, 2009
This was delicious! However, all of the batter wouldn't fit in my tube pan. I had to put the leftover batter into a loaf pan. So I got a whole tube pan cake as well as a small (it was only filled 1/2 way) loaf pan pound cake. It was raved over! Thank you so much! I will be using this recipe over and over again!

Chicken Piccata with Artichoke Hearts

Reviewed: Mar. 2, 2009
This was FULL of flavor! My family loved it! I would chop my onions a lot more next time...m,aybe even grate them in. I used 3 cloves of garlic and a whole cup of white wine and some extra chicken broth because we love us some extra sauce in this family! I would make it again because it was SO easy and yummy! Rhanks for the recipe!

Awesome Egg Rolls

Reviewed: Dec. 27, 2008
These were fantastic! I bought a bag of already shredded cabbage and put some shredded carrots in even though they are already in the cabbage mix. I had Phyllo dough on hand so I used that instead of the egg roll wrappers. If I used two pieces of phyllo, they stayed together and came out fantastic! I will definitely make this again...actually, New Year's! Thanks OH, and I baked mine at 375 for about 15-20 minutes!

Broccoli Beef II

Reviewed: Nov. 19, 2008
This was a fantastic recipe! I made this for my family and we all gobbled it up! Even our three children! I left out the ginger only because I didn't have any. I made it a second time substituting beef anf beef broth for chicken and chicken broth. I'm making it again on Friday and will double the brocolli because we fight over who gets it. Adding more will make us not have to fight over who gets it! Thanks for this recipe!
