I grew up on a small farm in Fisherville, Tn (outside Memphis) and now live in Cookeville, in between Nashville and Knoxville. I am the oldest of three girls and LOVE to do anything CREATIVE! :) SOUTHERN FOOD! It may not be "good" for you, but it sure will TASTE good!!:) We always have a Halloween Dinner every year of Hot Dogs, Chili with Egg Noodles, and Crinkle Cut French Fries... My mother also always makes my ABSOLUTE favorite dish for my Birthday, our family recipe of Hungarian Cabbage Balls... YUMMY!! :) I can make some out of this world Peach Dumplings, though I must say my little sister can cook them better:). My favorite recipe to cook is Grandmama's Broccoli Casserole. I swear by Hellman's Mayonnaise and Cheddar Cheese you grate yourself. Right, Drew? :) The homemade pizza I made 15 yrs ago or so for my family~ I turned the oven up to let my homemade dough rise and never turned it down... Needless to say, we had Pizza Flambee that night, as my dad called it! It was awful!! :)
