Coconut Cream Cake I
good flavor. when i poured the sweetened condensed milk mixture on, it didn't all seep in which seemed like a waste of the rest of it

Cake Mixes from Scratch and Variations
i used this for cupcakes, but they seemed to stick to the paper muffin cups i used. not sure if its the recipe or me but seemed strange. Also, it turned out more bread like than cake like.
