I love hockey, HUGE fan-- go Stars! I'm a student at the University of North Texas, and I want to be an architect/interior designer. I really enjoy cooking and really hate cleanup! I hope to improve my cooking skills daily. Italian, Mexican, crab cakes, mashed potatos, baked beans, cookies from scratch I've made the mashed potatos every year at Thanksgiving since I was 18; and sometimes I make the veggie casseroles too. I have a HUGE family and my Grandma is to best cook I know. Crab cakes! I was so nervous the first time I was making them (for my boyfriend on our anniversary)-- but they turned out excellently! I've never tried a souffle, but I'm curious... None yet, knock on wood.
