My daughter loves this recipe, and she's picky! We use the hard taco shells or nachos inside the meatloaf because that's what she likes, and it turns out really good. Tried it with jalapeno's, olives and some hot sauce and just as yummy!

Many compliments on this recipe! We used Mahi Mahi because that's what we had and everyone said it's one of the best ways they have had Mahi yet, and it was not hard to make!

Hot Banana Salsa

Loved this recipe! It was so light and refreshing. I used jalepenos instead of habaneros but it was still just spicy enough! This is one of my favorites yet!

Feta Stuffed Jalapenos

I was skeptical about this recipe, but I made it for New years Eve anyway. Everyone LOVED them. They were delicious and just needed a little more jalepeno juice to soak in to make them a little spicier. That would be the only change that i made. I used a little extra cream cheese and feta to fill them all.

Feta-Stuffed Hamburgers

I thought this was very good. Added a little burst of flavor in the middle of the burger. We still used american on top and ketchup just because it was a little dry, but would make it again.

Kicky Steak Strips with Rice

I LOVE this recipe. We like it better with chicken strips. Instead of disposing of the additional marinade, i throw it in the pan to cook with the onion mix. I also do not like chunks of onion so I substituted Tastefully Simple Vidalia Onion dressing for the onions. This is one of our favorite dinners to date! Thanks

Kicked Up Mac and Cheese

LOVED this recipe. I did use regular pepper and whatever noodles I had on hand and instead of mixing the parmesan in the cheese sauce, i just mixed it with the breading for the top. We LOVED it! Best mac and cheese I have ever had!
