Mexican Meatloaf
My daughter loves this recipe, and she's picky! We use the hard taco shells or nachos inside the meatloaf because that's what she likes, and it turns out really good. Tried it with jalapeno's, olives and some hot sauce and just as yummy!

Maple Salmon
My husband found this to be very tasty. My daughter and I are not fish eaters and even took a few bites of this recipe.

Grilled Tilapia with Mango Salsa
Many compliments on this recipe! We used Mahi Mahi because that's what we had and everyone said it's one of the best ways they have had Mahi yet, and it was not hard to make!
