Italian. Absolute favorite dish baked ziti, yum... I like to play around w/marinades and grilling. 2nd favorite Carne Asada.

My family loved this. So simple, easy will be going into our rotation. Don't worry about over-cooking the bacon. I've found it best when bacon was almost burnt.

Spinach and Sun-Dried Tomato Pasta
I agree that this dish needed more flavor/sauce. It was a good start, but still missing something for me.

Slow Cooked Corned Beef for Sandwiches
This is definatly the way to make authentic home-made corned beef.
