Grilled Flat Iron Steak with Blue Cheese-Chive Butter

This recipe was good but not the best. I made extra butter sauce. I was glad I did. My hubby loved it. I used regular steaks instead of flat iron. Still turned out good.

delicious. I doubled the sauce though. It made it like a bbq sauce but not as spicy. The sauce is very sweet but in a good way. I wanted to lick the pan. My husband helped himself to 3rds. Even my 3 year old ate a whole pork chop.

Skillet Chops with Mushroom Gravy

Really good! I had my doubts. WARNING: If you are using a stainless steal pan use extra vegetable oil! I almost burned mine, but it came out great!

French Veal Chops

Absolutely delicious! My husband was shocked! I bought my veal chops at discount because they were frozen. Even after defrosting them they were so tender. If you love onions add more, and don't be shy on the bread crumbs. I used italian flavored bread crumbs. I can't wait to make this meal for my parents when they come into town!
