Pork Chops with Onions and Apples
Yum!! I did it as a one skillet recipe as one reviewer suggested. I browned the chops then, simmered with apple juice, onions, apples - adding brown sugar to taste at the end. Family RAVED about it - served it with a nice salad, crusty bread and fried potatoes. GOOD STUFF.
