Classic Caramel Corn

Perfect, wonderful caramel corn!!! Just like the caramel corn my mother made to pass out to trick-or-treaters (when one could do such a thing!). Delicious.

Bacon for the Family or a Crowd

I hated making bacon before but now, to my family's great delight, it's a cinch and I don't mind at all! Whenever I tell people I make our bacon in the oven they are flabbergasted. Great, great idea.

Pumpkin Bread III

We made this recipe into muffins for my son's class and they were very good. Moist and flavorful. We used paper muffin cups and baked at the same temp. Pulled out of oven when a toothpick came out clean. They tasted a bit baking-soda-y but it could be because my 9-yr-old did some of the measuring. We will try this recipe again.

Awesome Slow Cooker Pot Roast

I gave this only 4 starts only because the top of the roast was dry... next time I will add more liquid (broth) to cover it. HOWEVER, the roast that was underneath the gravy was SO good we couldn't stop eating it! Very tender and very tasty.
