My husband said this was the best dish I've ever prepared! I adjusted the recipe down to 2 servings (2 Wellingtons) & it was plenty for 2.
At 350 degrees in my oven, 24-28 minutes was not long enough for the beef to be thoroughly cooked. Without a meat thermonetor, I needed to wiggle a small knife into the top to check. Around 30 minutes, the beef was no longer pink & the crescent rolls were perfect!
