i come from a small town/farming community in norwest minnesota with my family owning and opperating a meat market that also processes venison. i learned most of what i know from my elders, mainly my grandmother. anything and everything anything that my grandmother used to make that no one else has the recipes for, they were never written down i have become pretty decent at figuring out how to make some things without a recipe i have had some doosies that only i tend to laugh at
