Baked Potato Soup
I was making this soup for a friend who was just home from the hospital. Of course my husband and I sampled it for dinner tonight and we thought it was marvelous. My only thought is that the next time I'll cut back on the pepper. My husband is a pepper freak and even he thought it was a little too much. Am afraid my sick friend might also think it a bit too spicy. I followed the recipe exactly but the next time, I'll not only cut back on the pepper but use fat free milk. Also think I'll try adding the bacon & cheese to the soup instead of just using as a garnish.
