Chicken Vegetable Medley

Good recipe, great with penne pasta, too. I used a green and a yellow bell pepper. The only thing I would recommend is to not add the tomatoes right away, they cook down to a sauce after 10 min. I added them near the end of the cooking time and they kept their texture nicely.

Honey Curried Chicken

This was interesting. I really expected it to be more flavorful with all of the strong tasting/smelling ingredients in it, but I actually found it to be too bland.

Easy Never Forgotten Guacamole

I love cream cheese, but it's in no way an ingrediant of authentic guacamole. I did try this though...in a smaller amount, and it was good.
