Baking cookies and cakes. Brewing tonic soups on the slow cooker and cooking simple stir fry dishes. Also like pasta and cream soups.

Amish White Bread
Quite easy to make as the ingredients are basic. Took a while to knead the dough cos' it was quite sticky and couldn't get it to be smooth. I baked it using a convector oven so cut back by 5 mins of baking time. Also reduced sugar after reading reviews. The crust was initially hard but when it cooled down, the loaf was soft and moist.

Butter Pound Cake
Taste quite good but i reckon its quite sinful because of the whipping cream. Found the top crust was abit hard even though i cut back on baking time. Overall, the kids loved it.

Cranberry Orange Cookies
Totally followed the recipe but the cookies turn out flat in shape. No idea why this is the case. I like the tangy taste of the orange. Probably would cut back on the sugar as it is too sweet for my liking.
