Cheesy Ham and Hash Brown Casserole
Potatoes were not done enough in 1 hour, took out of oven to have with other dishes. Think it was because the hash browns need to be defrosted first.

Brunch Strata
Left out the ham and used 7 grain bread, so may have resulted in blandness,but for all the rich ingredients, like the amount of cream cheese, was not impressed.
