Mexican Baked Fish

My husband absolutely loved this recipe! For the salsa I used the red canned salsa either from herdez or la costena. They were asking for seconds! I used fresh tilapia as opposed to frozen.

Lentil Soup

Very flavorful. I added some maple sausage. My husband loved it. There will be plenty of left overs, but it freezes well.

My husband loved this recipe. I followed it to the T. The only exception is that I pulled the foil off the baking dish when 15 minutes remained (as suggested by other reviewers) for crispiness. I served this with cheesy veggies and coleslaw salad. I will be making these again!

Chicken Tortilla Soup III

This is restaurant style soup. Everyone loved it. I did make the changes of using canned diced tomatoes instead of salsa. The first time I did it I cooked the chicken with the onion at first and it came out great. Loved it!

Spinach Stuffed Chicken Breasts

I made this for the first time the other day and my husband was looking for left overs the next day...of course there was none. In the Spinach mixture I added a little bit of cream cheese for consistency and like other reviewers I half cooked the bacon and then crumbled on top. It was delicious! If you want to impress your loved one with your cooking try this recipe.
