Hot Artichoke and Spinach Dip II
I took some of the suggestions of other reviewers: I substituted sour creme for the mayo, mixed in the mozerella and put extra parmesan and romano on top, and used about 3/4 cup of spinach rather than 1/2 cup. I will definitely make this again, but I think in the future I will increase the spinach to 1 1/2 cup, because the cheese taste seems strong enough to handle it.

Sugar 'n' Spice Nuts
These made wonderful Christmas presents! Make sure to mix these OFTEN while they are baking, so that they do not stick to the pan (I covered the pan with aluminum foil, so clean-up was easy). I made a few changes: I added 1 cup of peanuts (they taste good and add some bulk to the recipe if you are cooking for gifts), and I only used 1 1/2 cups white sugar, then added about 1/4 cup honey. I also added a little extra grated orange peel, because I like the aftertaste. They tasted a little chewy the day I made them, but they tasted nice and crunchy the next day when I served them and kept well throughout the holiday season. Thanks for the recipe!

Pecan Pie V
I made this for members of my family who cannot eat gluten by substituting rice flour for the regular flour and baking it in a wheat free pie crust ("Melt in your mouth shortbread"). I also followed the baking instructions of some of the other reviews. It tasted wonderful, and I plan to make it again in the future!
