I come from a wonderful Italian family with lots of personality. We all love to eat, drink and share happy times together. Our life is our family, and our children are our jewels. Well, it has to be a pot of meat sauce (aka Gravy). Waking up on a Sunday morning to the smell of frying meatballs was always my favorite memory. So, I continued that tradition by cooking our traditional Sunday Gravy! Hands down Christmas Eve Fish Dinner. My sister and I would cook,clean, and prepare the fish,with the kids, run to Church, come back and begin the food feast! Million Dollar Memories. News Years Day Dinner: I made this wonderful filet of beef, stuffed with lobster tails, topped off with a Bearnaise sauce that just knocked the socks off of everyone! Cheese Cake...I don't know what it is, but I can never get it right!
