Flourless Peanut Butter Cookies
I just had to try these, and the first time I made them I used half c. white and a half c. brown sugar, came out great. The second time I did the same with the sugar, but doubled the recipe and added a pkg. of chocolate chips, EVEN BETTER!! They held together fine. I flatten mine with a sugared glass. Peanut butter and chocolate yumm! Next time I want to try adding the vanilla. Like most cookies don't over bake and let cool on the cookie sheet for a few minutes before removing. I really had my doubts but so glad I tried it!! Thanks!! :)

Blueberry Zucchini Bread
This is very good!! I too used half c. oil and half c. apple sauce, 1-1/4c brown sugar & 1-c white, added a pinch of ground cloves and a streusel topping!!I've made it twice in two weeks. The second time I made two small loves and 21 muffins! It's a keeper!! Thanks :)

Meatloaf Cordon Bleu
Although I don't eat beef I had to taste it! It smelled so good! It was very good.I added some green pepper, Ms.dash, garlic and a small can of tomato sauce. I used white cheddar and Italian cheese (it's what I had) and very good too! I also covered with foil for the first 50 min. then uncovered for 30 min. It was moist and very flavorful. My family loved it, it was easy to make and it's a keeper!! Thanks for sharing :)
