Spicy Maryland Crab Dip
I made this for Thanksgiving. I used backfin crab and to make enough, I used 3 blocks of cream cheese, 1 cup of sour cream and 3 tablespoons of mayo. I also added green onion and that added a nice touch. I brushed garlic-infused olive oil on baguette slices and put them under the broiler for a few minutes. My measurements made plenty for 20+ people. I love this and can't wait to make it for Christmas...

Slow Cooker Buffalo Chicken Sandwiches
OMG! My husband was a little concerned that I was using chicken breasts instead of the traditional wings, but when he got home from work and smelled this cooking, he was so excited. He ate two sandwiches, with his face red and eyes watering! He can't wait to eat the leftovers. thanks for sharing a great recipe!

Slow Cooker Chicken and Dumplings
I made this last week for my husband. I wasn't feeling well and was looking for something good, but easy to prepare. I was so happy with the way it turned out. It was easy to prepare and tasted delicious. I did use the chicken broth but only 1/2 of a can. I added sliced carrots, peas, and corn. I added the cumin, some garlic powder and paprika as well as pepper to keep it from being bland, and I was glad I did. You don't need to go for the gusto with the spices-a little is just enough. I plan on making this again now that the weather is changing!!
