Hi there! 20 years old Carmen here haha..I'm from Malaysia, Asia, a tropical country with hot sunny day or sometime raining "meow" and "woof" ( i mean cat and dog, GOTCHA XD) haha... I'm a happy go lucky person and happily living with my family and i love cakes and cookies... My mom just bought me an electric oven so that i can make my favourite cookies and cake... Well to be honest, i never cook or bake before, just started few weeks ago haha..so i hope, i can be a good baker or cook in the coming 10 years (Reason : Ermmmmmm..... OH YEA! To serve my family members and friends XD ) Let me see......... Baking cakes and cookies.... My mom doesnt let me to use the wok/pan at the moment because she said i would mess up the kitchen with oils all over the kitchen (pssstt.. im kinda clumsy person hehe XD ) So far, i failed to make butter cake for 5 times lol because the cake didnt rise..so on my 6th trials, one word YIPPEEEE!!! HAAHHA... my cake "has risen" and soft instead of rubbery, burnt, hole in the centre etc ( a long story lol... luckily i have my "white rat" lol *whisper* my parents and my brothers hehehe....they were so nice...finished up all my Carmen's-Attemption-of-Baking-Cake-Tragedy-Result)
