Really good! I read other reviews and wanted to add black beans but didn't have any so I added drained ranch style beans. My Fiance said it tasted too much like beans (which he hates) but I thought it was delicious! He must have too despite the beans because he ate two huge bowls. I also added mushrooms.

Big Charlie's Gumbo

Everyone raved over this gumbo! My only complaint is that the ingredients can be a little expensive but the flavor can't be beat!

Sweet Dinner Rolls

These were so good and relatively easy to make! I made them for thanksgiving and I did not use a bread machine. I kneaded it for about five minutes before letting it rise!

Best Brownies

This recipe was definitely quick and easy but the results show that. It is not quite as good as others I have tried. Considering I am the only one in the household that likes brownies I will use this simple recipe again for myself. (I did not make the frosting, there was no need for it.)

Angel Food Cake with Toasted Almonds

This is the first angel's food cake i have ever made and it turned out wonderful. I don't think I beat the egg whites long enough because it was not as fluffy as I have previously had. Also I did not have almonds so I used pecans instead.

Pork Chile Rojo (Pulled Pork with Red Chile Sauce)

This recipe was great! I didn't use a bag because I didn't have one, I just put everything in a crockpot together and then followed the recipe later. I will cook this meal again! Great with refried beans.

Chocolate Chip Cookies V

These cookies were delicious and simple to make. I put the dough in the fridge for a few minutes before i rolled it into balls and it was so much easier to roll. The final product was a little flatter than i like but they were still chewy. Overall great cookie i will make again!
