Bratwurst and Shrimp Boil
i added 1 more beer and 4 more cups of water. doubled the shrimp to 2 lbs (because we already had it fresh off the boat). timed it just as called for and it turned out great. served it to 5 friends and everyone thought it was great

Prize Winning Baby Back Ribs
Great taste and yes, they fall off the bone. I like to add more sauce and finish on the grill. The sauce turns dark red and carmelizes nicely on the ribs

Chicken Pot Pie IX
Simple and yummy. Next time i would add a little more broth. it was a little dry but tasted great.
