Italian Food and Seafood Every year on New Years Day my family from all over the US come together for a feast of all feast. We have such a diversity of friends and family, that every year we get to try something new from Italian to African. Its the most wondeful time of the year. I love West Indian foods (jamaican jerk chicken, oxtails, curry goat & chicken) I have developed a real skill for cooking traditional west Indian foods. Thanks Dwight ;-) The most simplest food on earth to cook yet the most difficult for me, is cooking eggs. I just learned how to make an omlet.
