Turkey Pot Pie II
This is my favorite pot pie recipe. It's so simple. We've made this for years, it works equally well with chicken or beef (just change to cream of mushroom soup, and add a little beef base). My kids, who are very picky love it. I just have to say, when you change a recipe completely, before trying it as written, how in the world can you honestly give it a review??? I love this website, but the reviews drive me nuts, lol. Changing a few small things, because you didn't have something on hand is one thing, but to change the entire recipe, turn it into a mashed potato casserole, then call yourself reviewing a turkey pot pie?? I'm sorry, vent over:)

Beer Butt Chicken
We have made our chicken like this on the grill for YEARS!! It's the only way to grill chicken. We've experimented adding different liquids to the beer, like crab boil, teriyaki, hot sauce or worscestershire(sp?) sauce. It's always good.

Barbeque Pork Two Ways
I've made this a lot, and it's wonderful! Don't try to slice it until it's done. If it's cooked properly, it will just about fall off the bone on it's on. I also want to say, that if you aren't doing the recipe, why would you rate it at all, let alone rated it sub par? This recipe is for a PORK roast, not boneless skinless chicken breasts. They don't even compare, and can't really be cooked the same. It's NOT the recipe, so how can you review it??? Sorry, had to get that off my chest, lol. Anyway, back to the pork roast... As I was saying, don't shred it until it's done. I also add a little liquid smoke to mine to give it a more bbq flavor.
