My husband and I LOVED this! Mine don't look as "pretty", because I forgot to "pound" the chicken, so it was a little challenging to roll it up. The taste was phenominal though. I added onion to the filling, and didn't use garlic. I also used monterey/cheddar cheese instead of pepperjack.
