Lemon Cake with Lemon Filling and Lemon Butter Frosting
I followed the instructions without any changes. It was a dud. The cake didn't rise, and was eggy smelling, sweet and heavy. The curd is ok, much like the usual lemon curd but a bit too tart for my taste. The icing was too sweet. I was looking forward to have a nice fluffy lemon filled cake as the closure to a great meal, but this was really disappointing. Next time I want lemon cake, I think I'll find another cake base that actually comes out fluffy, make a less tart curd, and use an icing recipe from elsewhere.

Banana Cake V
Ugh. my banana cake came out looking good, but smelled really strange upon closer inspection. Seems to taste alright, but I've no idea why but it smells terrible despite the fact it's a simple recipe: flour, eggs, banana, rising agent.

Basic Sourdough Bread
This recipe is ok. I have made it three times now and each time the bread is consistently high-rising and soft. However, I suggest that when using this recipe to stick around for the beginning of the first mixing cycle so you can add more water as needed. I've found that I have added at least double the amount of water stated on the recipe in order for my bread to mix properly. It should end up just slightly sticky and soft. I make it in a 3lb machine, and the second time pushed against the lid. The bread is fairly decent in the end. It is a simple recipe for a fast bread in the breadmachine.
