Garlic Green Beans
I enjoyed this recipe but didn't follow it exactly. I used 1 lb of fresh green beans - boiled for about 5 minutes. I also used about a Tbs of minced garlic (maybe 2-3 cloves) and I used the Kraft parmesean cheese instead of the fresh grated - didn't measure just poured it on to taste. However, I added some fresh lemon juice which I thought really brought out the flavor and I liked a lot better than without - for me it made a big difference.
