My family has had this recipe for a few years. Given to me by a co-worker. We roll our cheese ball in more chocolate chips, or just leave it plain. If we leave it plain, I put a little chocolate syrup and a little powdered sugar on top. This is always a huge hit. You can even put cinnimon on top/in it, and serve this with cinnimon graham crackers. Many different ways you can mix it up..

I thought this was an excellent recipe. However, I did make some substitutions. I did not use Monterey Jack Cheese, I used 2-3 Cups of Sharp Cheddar. I also did not use the bread slices. I used 2-3 individual packets of Ritz crackers (crushed). SUPER EASY AND GREAT!!! My husband and son love this!
