My favorite things to cook
I love home made soup that I cook in my pressure cooker. I also use my NuWave oven to cook pork chops, lamb chops. I love big salads. And of course our pasta with our home made sauce.
My favorite family cooking traditions
Christmas soup, which is made with escarole and small meatballs also called (the wedding soup) my Mom's home made rice balls and my Dad's home made pizza.
My cooking triumphs
Turkey , stuffing, and sweet potatoe pie, also grilled eggplant with fresh mozzarell and fresh pesto
My cooking tragedies
One year my thermostate broke in my oven and unbeknown to me my 22lb turkey cooked in less than 1 hour , also I made a cheese cake and the bottom fell out and the cheese went all over my oven
