Barbeque Halibut Steaks
sauce was good, my family really liked it. I thought the sauce was a bit runny, and didn't stick to the fish as well as I would like.

Butternut Squash Pizzas with Rosemary
super yummy. My kids loved it! I did adjust it a bit, using a full pizza size and adding some brown sugar. I also carmelized the onions and added it to the top. I used mozzerella and parmesean cheeses. Definently a keeper!

Chicken Breasts with Balsamic Vinegar and Garlic
really yummy! No need to dredge the chicken first, just add flour at the end.
