I just served this for dinner tonight and my husband thought it was the best meatloaf he had ever had. I used 3% fat ground beef and lowfat Jimmy Dean sausage. I mixed all of the ketchup in the meat and used a package of onion mushroom soup,since that was what I had. Sure did make a big batch of meatloaf, we will get a few more meals out of this one, but we enjokyed it the first time so not a problem for us.

Very good, my husband that hates coconut even thought this was a good cookie bar. I added more chocolate chips and used chopped almonds.
