Turkey Macaroni Bake
I made with small egg noodles instead of macaroni because that's what I had on hand. I cooked the noodles for a few minutes before mixing in, based on the reviews I read. I also substituted broccoli for the mushrooms. We liked it and it was a great way to use the leftover turkey!

Orange Glazed Carrots
I really liked this recipe. I read the others reviews but decided to make it the contributor's way first just to see. And there definitely was too much liquid when I was done. I used a slotted spoon to serve the carrots though, so it wasn't a big issue. I used peeled carrots cut on the diagonal instead of baby carrots, though. They had a great flavor and weren't too sweet which seems to be my usual problem with glazed carrots.

Creamy Au Gratin Potatoes
I liked it but I should have cut them a little thinner. Next time I will also add more cheese sauce to them. I added ham and served it as a main dish, with a salad.
