Tuna Noodle Casserole II
My entire family, including my one year old, LOVED this recipe. I used butter crackers instead of potato chips because I just had a bad feeling about potato chips. Plus, I don't like all the grease in potato chips. This recipe is simple to make, easy to eat, and the chef could use ANY type of pasta desired. I like the shells because they trap some of the flavor inside. I used cream of chicken and cream of celery soups.

Whiskey Chicken
This recipe was edible (or at least for myself and my daughter), but that's about as good as it got. My husband hated it. I wish I had read all of the reviews before I made it. I'm not sure if I'm going to try it again. There are so many changes we would make to it that it wouldn't even be close to the original recipe. I'm not sure this is worth the time.

Barbeque Beef Casserole
I LOVED this recipe. However, my husband wasn't in agreement with me. I think that the issue is that we have different tastes in BBQ sauce. I like sweet BBQ sauce and he likes vinegary BBQ sauce. Next time I will make 1/2 (this recipe doesn't work well for a family of 3-one of whom is a 7 month old baby) and I will then make 1/2 with my BBQ sauce and 1/2 with his in 2 dishes. I've eaten leftovers 3 times and there is still 1/2 a casserole dish of this meal. Once again, I LOVED it. I also did as many others; strained my beef before (although I used venison so there wasn't much fat anyway) and doubled the BBQ sauce.
