might add a tad more salt. I added some pecans which worked well. might try the cinnamon and nutmeg next time as others did. really a great recipe!

Very good! I've never used butter beans before. My boyfriend and I loved these. We used red bell pepper instead of jalapeno (because he doesn't like things too spicy). I coated the burgers in flour on both sides before putting into the oil, just to bind them together a bit. Thanks so much for a great recipe!
