Black Bottom Cupcakes I
These were awesome! My Husband isnt a sweets kinda guy and he put a big hurting on these! I have already passed the recipe around to friends who loved them as well. I didnt have any problems with them overflowing. Mine didnt take all that long to finish so I would watch them carefully. Delicous treat!

Creamy Potato Pork Chop Bake
This dish was pretty good. I used a little more cheese than called for and seasoned the chops with seasoned salt, pepper and garlic powder. Easy and pretty tasty.

Creamy Chicken and Rice
This was great cold weather comfort food! I used lite sour cream and 1% milk and it was still very rich and creamy. I also added a little cheddar cheese and some mixed veggies to make it more of a complete meal. Served it with biscuits. It was delicious! I will definitely make this again!
