Curried Coconut Chicken

good recipe overall, but tasted too much like tomato sauce and not so much like curry. Add veggies! I used broccoli,celery, and green pepper to give this recipe variety.

Black Bean and Salsa Soup

ADD freshly choped tomatos before serving! GREAT RECIPE! I did use previous suggestions of sauting garlic and onions to add before heating black bean mix. I also added an additional can of whole black beans to blended black beans, trippled the cumin and added hot sauce.

Slow-Cooker Chicken Tortilla Soup

Not quite as spicy as I thought it would be. This recipe did not taste bad but it wasn't as "deliscious" as I thought it was going to be based on the review and rating. And I wish I would have read the review about putting in froven chicken and shredding it later, that would have lessened the prep time.
