Lemon Custard Filling
This is an awesome recipe!! I use this filling with a cream cake recipe I found on this site (Creamy White Layers). I also keep a portion of the custard and fold in some whipped cream to frost the cake. It's makes a wonderful light and tasty lemon dessert.

Creamy White Layers
I love this cake!! I've made it with and without the Brandy, but it's a hit with family and friends every time I make it. I also use this cake with other fillings and toppings. One of the others my family and friends love, is when I make this with a lemon custard filling (another recipe I found on this site) and then I take some of the custard and fold in whipped cream for the frosting. It's a light but very tasty dessert.

Banana Cream Pie V
This is a great recipe!! I did make a few changes though. We like a Banana flavoured filling, so I added some Watkins Banana extract, made a Whipped Cream Topping instead of the meringue and topped it with fresh Banana slices when it was served, instead of the layer inside the filling. I also made the pie crust from scratch, and my family and friends Love it. They insist I make it every year for the holidays.
