What a simple recipie! Tried it out last night and the cookies turned out great. I'm always on the lookout for recipies with few ingredients (I'm a bit lazy) and though the recipie is super simple the cookies are delicate and delicious. I didn't have much butter so I only made a quarter of the original recipie, which produced 12 perfect cookies. I made them in regular-sized, non-greased cupcake liners (flattened them out before baking) and removed them once cool - they were very cute with the little ruffled edges.
