Southern Fried Chicken
Good recipe but I followed other suggestions on the spices to add.

Chuck's Favorite Mac and Cheese
The best Mac and Cheese I've ever had and my family loved it. Will definitely make again! The only different is I put half the amount of cottage cheese.

Spaghetti Carbonara II
I made this for the first time and it came out great. I did add heavy cream in place of the wine to give make it easier to mix and I also added peas.
