I enjoyed this soup,I made a few changes,seemed more logical to use veggie broth instead of chicken,I didn't use rosemary (too strong for me) so I used a bit of oregano and that was it. And I would suggest for anybody who is going to make it to use prechopped carrots from the store. Chopping 4 1/2 cups carrots IS NOT FUN! Anyway,whoever makes this soup,have fun. It's a good tasting soup.

Salsa Chicken Burrito Filling

Ole'! This was and is a good recipe,I made a few minor changes,I used two kinds of salsa and added a extra piece of chicken and I only had a little bit left over! I would say to anybody to make this for lunch or supper.

Baked Soy Lemon Chops

I just made this for supper tonight and I have to say this...tasty!I made a few changes,I used chopped up garlic cloves and didn't put lemon in and as I said,'tasty' and my mother said it was very tender.

Chocolate Brittle Surprise

I'm making this right now and boy! this is great and EASY! Only two things I would recommend,DON"T cook them for 17-20 minutes like suggested,the recipe said 'Should bubble,not burn' ha! Less than 10 minutes is idea and you really don't have to leave it in there the full hour. 40-45 minutes,it's good and hard. But you try whatever works for you.

Shrimp and Feta Cheese Pasta

I made this for supper last night and I just made a few simple changes,I used grape tomatoes and two cans of diced and pepper jack cheese. It was good but to be honest,the other recipe called 'Happy Shrimp' seems like a better dish.

Cajun Potato Soup

I'm so happy,I made this soup tonight and I just love it! I didn't have adouille sausage,I had some deer/pork and some just plain but spicy pork sausage and the soup came out fine. My son said 'Pretty good',I'll be sure to make this again.

Excellent Oatmeal Cookies

I'll give this a three,this was a good recipe but it just didn't stand out to me,I only used one cup of the oatmeal,I think 3 would have been too much and I used macadamia nuts also. I don't think I'll be in a hurry to make this one again.

Beef Taco Skillet

I gave this a 4 because it was a good dish,not spectacular but a good dish to make. I used beef broth in place of the water and I added garlic,salt and pepper,cumin and that was all. My only advice is don't put sour cream and garacumole on top, it really takes away from tasting the dish itself.

Slow Cooked Corned Beef for Sandwiches

I just made this sandwich for supper tonight and it was a good one and my dad really seemed to like it.I didn't care for it. I followed everything to a 't' (except for the beer,didn't have it) and put it on sourdough bread,I don't think I'll be in a hurry to make this one again. Thanks.

Chili Rellenos Casserole

This was such a great recipe but I felt it lacked something substantial so I did change it a 'little'. I added fried pork chops,didn't add the flour mixture (really just forgot) and cumin seasoning and cajun seasoning. All made for a great dish!

The Best Meatballs You'll Ever Have

I just made these tonight,I've never made meatballs before but now,I'm being told to keep this recipe,the only thing I did differently,I doubled the recipe so I had to of coarse double up on the other things such as garlic,other seasonings,etc. but I would highly recommened this to anybody to make.

Blackened Salmon Fillets

Hmmm,I really didn't care for this recipe,I did it tonight and yes,I'll admit I didn't use the full paprika,cayenne pepper mixture because I was afraid using it full strength would be too hot but it wasn't but the salmon itself I didn't care for. It was good and filling but not worth making again.

I just made this tonight and I followed the recipe but I did make a few changes and added some,I put Tony's seasoning in,pepper and garlic powder,used 2 cans of cream of shrimp and chopped up red and yellow bell peppers. You talk about good!

Slow Cooker Salisbury Steak

I usually don't make Salisbury steaks but I saw this recipe and decided to try it. It was very,very good,my mother kept going on and on,I never heard of 'slow cooking a Salisbury steak!' but I did and we all liked how it turned out,the only two changes that I did to it was I added garlic powder when I made the patties and I used beef broth instead of water,yum!

Blonde Brownies I

I just made these today and they are good,aren't great but then again I don't eat brownies that much anyway. I think tho' next time I make them,I will like one reviewer,mix the chips in with the flour mixture and some on top.
