Plum Blueberry Upside Down Cake

I'm going to give this a 3,my mother was the only one to seemed to have liked it,okay,I did change it a little,I used applesauce instead of white sugar like another reviewer,it did seem like a lot of sugar and I have subsitued applesuce before but it just didn't seem to go in this recipie, and plums are a pain to me to slice,I vowed right then and there NOT to make this again. And maybe it's just the people down in this neck of the woods,I just can't seem to find to many blueberries lovers. Oh well,I'll keep cooking.

No Bake Peanut Butter Pie

Bacon 'n' Egg Salad Sandwiches

This was a hit! My family loved it!! I only put in 1/4 of the mayo,didn't add sweet pickle or pickle juice (Shudder),didn't put in lettuce and put in 8 slices of bacon,why skimp out on the bacon? sure fire hit in this family.

Honey Mustard Dressing II

This is a good recipe and a good way to use zucchini's. Most people just say 'what?' when you tell them what it is but then that thought vanishes when they taste it.

I've been told it was good and I knew it was good when I tasted it tho I might do things a little different next time,how would it be to sautee it in olive oil,and add bell pepper? might try that next time and I'm confidant there will be a next time.

Raspberry Almond Coffeecake

I just made this cake and already there has been two huge slices cut into it and the first words I heard was 'This is good!' Okay,I used blueberries instead,(that's all I had on hand and wanted to use them before they ruined and I used pecans instead also.

Creamy Shrimp and Corn Soup

I just made this soup and it was good! but I wish it was a little more creamy,I'll try to think of a way,maybe a little less chicken stock? Anyway,it was a great soup to make.

Vicki's Hush Puppies

Okay,I made them,they were good but the sugar?....eh,I slightly cut down on it and it was still too much,I put in Tony Chachere's when I realized it and I didn't put in enough,next time I make these (if I make them) I'll either cut down some more on the sugar or completely x nay it and put in Tony's and cream style corn like Michelle H. suggested. Ragu® Upside-Down Deep Dish Pizza

THis is very good! okay,so I made a 'few' changes,used regular Ragu sauce,no broccoli or spinach,(it may be good that way and I may try it someday but not now!) so I used Jimmy Dean Hot sausage,crumbled that up and added pepperoni and used Colby/monteray Jack cheese and added banana peppers,it turned out so good! there's just a handful left.

Southern Peach Cobbler

I haven't personally ate this dish,I made it for my parnets but they say it's delish!I did everything exactly and I went a little bit over the time cooking in the oven so the top is more browned than usual but my dad says he likes it that way!
