Potato Dumplings with Bacon and Onions
First of, I forgot to add the EGGS! LOL. Surprisingly, it still came out good. I will try it with the eggs next time. Anywho, The recipe was really good. My boyfriend loved it! I did a few things differently. I blended the potatoes with water and added about two teaspoons of Accent Seasoning since i heard people complaining about the blandness. WORKED. I added leeks to the salted boiling water of domplings. For the bacon sauce I also added leeks along with some butter, onions, and some doses of heavy whipping cream to make use of the flavor extracted from bacon. I didn't want the flavor to dry in the pot. I added a little accent seasoning aswell. I rolled the domplings around in the sauce and it came out with a wonderful flavor..not bland at all. Also a beautiful bacon browned covering.. Great recipe! My BF wants it for the rest of his life! LOL Thx again

Tempura Fried Ice Cream
This recipe was not good. First of all, The measurment for the tempura mix was off. When I did it exactly how u said, I got a thick, flaky, non-dippable dough. Sort of like bread, or dumpling dough. I had to add extra water and an extra eggg to get a more watery dip. I also added some splenda sugar to the mix. Secondly, the pound cake was not too appetizing either. I thought it would be..but, it wasn't. All in all, the only thing i enjoyed was the vanilla ice cream and the sugary taste of the tempura mix that I altered. I am really sorry I had to give u a bad review. I really wanted to like it!

Creamy Potato Leek Soup II
This recipe was sensational. I did everything exactly how you said..EXCEPT I blended most of the potatoes..and left some big chunks in there to give it some texture. Also, I bought "Real bacon". The product sort of like bacon bits but is actually bacon that has been precooked, shredded up into fine pieces, and sealed tight. It was so good! I made my mom taste it and she took a sip and said "Oh my God.."..LOL DELICIOUS. The only thing I would change is adding a little water to it b/c it may be a little too salty for some! A+++
