Irish Ginger Snaps
Replaced the shortening with butter, and cut it down a bit. Next time I'll add more of the seasonings. Came out delicate and tasty.

Soft Oatmeal Cookies
Addictive! Followed the directions exactly. Did half a batch of raisin and the other half milk chocolate chip. I ate all the raisin ones myself!!

Easy Flat Iron Steak in Wine Sauce
Not as flavorful as I expected, but everyone loved it. Was fun to sear it.
