Breakfast in a Muffin
These muffins are superb .. moist on the inside, crunchy & perfectly brown on the outside, and delicious! Have made it into my top 3 (I make many different kinds of muffins). I did omit the bacon, & they were still great. The next time I make them, I will alternate tablespoonfuls of the 2 batters into the tins so the cream cheese mixture will be better distributed.
