I am a 28 Y/0 stay at home mom. My son is almost 3. My husband is a manager of a restaurant. We both love to cook and experiment with new things! I never thought I would ever be this interested in cooking. I love allrecipes!!!! I don't really have a favorite because I love to experiment. But I do cook cajun/southern dishes most. Like gumbo, red beans and more gumbo! We have these at least once a week to try to save money. I owe alot to Tony Chachere and Zatarains! I come from the south. Actually the westbank of New Orleans so I have learned alot about cajun and creole dishes. I now live in Waveland which is about an hour away and more into seafood. I love anything that you can add a little tonys and a little tabasco to. Since i've become a wife/mommy, i have really achieved alot when it comes to cooking. I'm not great but i am getting better!!!! Not really anything to mention. I remember burning a pot of beans once but only because i got sidetracked. I'm grateful everything has been turning out, at least,descent!
