Cuban Midnight Sandwich
It's okay, but it's not Cuban. Medianoches don't have Mayo or Italian dressing (how does Italian dressing on a Cuban even make sense?). Medianoches are never, ever made with turkey. Pork, ham, swiss, pickle & mustard pressed on egg bread - that's a medianoche.

Cream Cheese Sugar Cookies
This is definitely a cookie made for frosting. Without frosting there would be no flavor at all. The dough was easy to work with. The shapes held well, but don't try to eat one plain - Even sugar sprinkles were not enough to bring this cookie to life. They need sweet frosting.

Cherry Snowballs
So pretty for holidays: Christmas, Valentines, Even St. Pats if you use green maraschino. I received many compliments on these when I included them in my Christmas cookie line-up. I'll make them every year from now on
