AMAZING! Made exactly what the recipe called for and it was perfect. Cook time was a little longer for me..60 minutes was too short and 65 minutes seemed to be perfect. Thanks! Will use again and again and again =]

GREAT RECIPE! I enjoyed reading others to get some tips. Best "gooey" tips I've taken are to use 1 stick of butter, 11.5 cups of rice krispies, and 1 bag of mini marshmallows. I did not quite have a full bag so I used about 10 big marshmallows and they still turned out FABULOUS! Awesome recipe..my whole family loved them and we are not much of a marshmallow bar family!

Yummm...I made this for my sister, mom, and fiance and they all absolutely loved it. I used ground turkey instead of chicken and they were still fabulous! These are even great the next day! Very very good enchilada's. I also like how much this recipe makes for so little ingredients required. Thanks!
